Router pallets made from cast aluminium with stainless steel pins.
PCB’s can be positioned either with the holes are on the panel’s or pins put into the gap between panels. Pins are precisely milled after the jig assembled to achive the maximum accuracy, the usuall distance between pins and panel’s are 0,05mm but that is always depends on PCB tolerance (always calculated by the maximum +- tolerance).
Can be with or without top plate to hold down PCB’s to make sure panels won’t come of from pin under the cutting process (the milling bit can pull out single PCB’s when they are fully separated from multipanel).
